What is this Therapy thing?

Therapy is a safe space to explore what’s been keeping you stuck. Think of it as a conversation with a friend who can give you more than a shoulder to cry on. I will assist you in gaining insight into the thoughts that lead you to experience these emotions and repeat the same behavioral patterns. Believe it or not, your thoughts are your biggest asset. Now, it’s time to take control of your thoughts. You can do it and I can help. You’ve survived this far, now it’s time to thrive!
