I'm Here to Support You
Taking a holistic approach that considers every aspect of the whole person
In therapy, I take a holistic approach because true healing happens when we care for the whole person. That’s why we explore not only your mental and emotional health but also your physical and spiritual well-being. Did you know that nearly 90% of serotonin and 50% of dopamine, the ‘happy hormones”, are produced in the digestive system? This incredible connection between the body and mind reminds us that what’s happening physically can affect your mental health and vice versa. Together, we’ll gently explore how physical health might influence your mental well-being, or how emotional struggles may be affecting your body.
We also take time to look at your spiritual well-being, not necessarily tied to religion, but grounded in understanding your sense of purpose, what gives your life meaning and clarifying your core values. By living in alignment with these values, we can reduce internal conflict and foster a deeper sense of peace and fulfillment in your life.
